Return & Refund Policy – Neatropolis

At Neatropolis, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these requirements:
✔ Returned within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔ All original accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable) must be included.
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards & digital products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
• Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
• Personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, razors, opened skincare products)

2. Return Process

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email us at abbasfakriformv@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2️⃣ Approval: If your return meets the criteria, we will provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Shipping Back: Ship the item to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

• We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
• If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🚨 Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations & Order Changes

• Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is processed and cannot be changed.
